Provides services related to birth control, unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases (Sexual Health Program) as well as preconception health and parenting (Family Health Program). Services include clinics, education programs, community supports and home visiting by Public health Nurses and Parent Support Workers. Both self referrals and professional referrals with client consent are accepted.
